Website Builder & Manager · AI Automation Specialist
Also a Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer
I create and manage websites, automate the work behind the scenes, and help businesses grow their online presence through social media, paid ads and design.
I started in customer-facing roles, where clear communication and attention to detail were essential. Today I create and manage websites, automate operations, and run social media and paid ads.

Pillar 1
Websites, AI Automation & Technical Operations
Hands-on AI automation and technical operations for real client systems, using tools like n8n, Claude Code, and workflow automation platforms. Here's real, measured work from current client projects.

Website creation & management
I create websites, including WordPress and WooCommerce stores built with Elementor, and look after them day to day: speed and performance fixes, stock and product updates, analytics and tracking, blog posting and content updates, and keeping everything running reliably.
Tools used
Finding the cause of a months-long server slowdown
One pointless background request was slowing the whole store. Removing it brought the cart back to about a second, with no hosting upgrade.
Cart refresh requestBefore534–586sAfter1–1.3s
No hosting upgrade needed
The challenge & what I did
Challenge: Server load high since early September; pages took up to 5.7s to start loading when not cached.
What I did: Diagnosed with the hosting provider, traced a hanging cart-refresh request to one plugin sending a pointless tracking ping on nearly every page view, and removed it with a small reversible fix.
Making product pages usable on a phone
Product pages no longer freeze on phones: the freeze dropped from about 4.6 seconds to 0.36 seconds.

The challenge & what I did
Challenge: Product pages froze for 4.6s on mobile; ~1.2MB of unused JavaScript loading.
What I did: Removed unused scripts on product pages only, with a full check that nothing else broke (checkout, add-to-cart, analytics events) before going live.
Stock sync automation + back-in-stock waiting list
When the owner updates stock in Airtable, the website now updates by itself, so nothing oversells or gets hidden by mistake.

168/172then 160/160 matching, zero differences
Everyautomated run has succeeded since launch
The challenge & what I did
Challenge: Owner updated quantities in Airtable but nothing pushed to the website — risk of overselling or wrongly hiding products.
What I did: Built an automatic push (Airtable edit → Boost.space/Make → WooCommerce update), tested end to end, and added a back-in-stock waitlist with automatic discount codes.
Making analytics numbers trustworthy
The reports were counting bots as visitors, so engagement looked far better than it was. Now they show real customers.
Engagement rateBefore99.9%After55.7%

Reporting now leads with real Australian sessions and orders (64.6% engagement for real Australian traffic).
The challenge & what I did
Challenge: Reports looked healthy but were misleading — 99.9% engagement included large bot traffic.
What I did: Cleaned up tracked events, found ~51% of sessions were overseas bots, rebuilt reporting to lead with real (Australian) sessions and orders, and root-caused a broken tracker to an exact one-hour window.
